Progress Contracting Corp. is family owned and operated by the Fiorillo's. We have over 20 years of construction and design experience. Incorporated in 2003 as a fine carpentry and woodworking firm, we have expanded to providing all phases of residential construction, currently specializing in design-build additions, major renovations and custom homes. We provide personalized, individual service through final completion of your project, and will work with you on your project to create your vision and make it into a reality.

TIM FIORILLO

Owner/General Contractor

Tim Fiorillo is a highly accomplished design builder with an unparalleled construction background. He completed his formal carpentry training, along with an apprenticeship, before attending Northeastern University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Tim has worked for the world renowned civil/structural engineering firm Parsons Brinkerhoff, along with one of the nations largest contractors Modern Continental, on Boston’s Big Dig. When he decided to start Progress Contracting, he was working for a Hudson based concrete contractor S&F Concrete Contractors Inc., as a field engineer, where he assisted in the construction of Mass General Hospitals six level underground parking garage and Logan Airports Terminal A.

NICOLE FIORILLO

Owner/Treasurer

Nicole Fiorillo received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Her diverse background in the accounting and finance field includes working with organizations such as Gillette and Casual Male. She has successfully run all office functions since the business began in 2003 and has even showed up to work on the job site. Nicole’s role in maintaining the financial stability of the business has helped Tim to stay focused on job quality and customer satisfaction.
